After months of painstaking and careful research, we enter into negotiations to buy land from local vendors. We carry out all due diligence checks. We confirm and apply all local laws and regulations, interviewing numerous architects, construction companies and other professional organisations to ensure we get the best available.

And when we are finally happy that everything is in place to start building, we make sure that the very latest construction techniques and standards are adhered to, from the foundations to the finishings. We use independent companies to check the quality all the way through this process.
